Episode Synopsis: Sonia & Julia

identical twins sonia and julia 22 have shared everything in life from their friends to their love of film and karate - the girls have been true living mirrors of one another their proud parents immigrated to the united states...

...poland with dreams to build a better life for their future children and their dreams came true they created a loving home to raise their daughters in worked multiple jobs to send their children to the finest schools and instilled a sense of pride and accomplishment in their children for having a strong work ethic sadly their american dream is turning into a nightmare as sonia and julia are withering away from anorexia their competitive spirit has turned to bitter rivalry jealousy and an inability to function without one another due to their deteriorating health they were forced to drop out of college and return to the home where they once flourished only to be held captive by their eating disorder so stricken with fear that one twin may burn more calories than the other each twin never allows the other to leave her sight sonia and julia's family are desperate to get their once loving happy healthy loved ones back
