Flo Rida (real name: Tramar Dillard) is an American rapper and hip-hop singer from Carol City, Florida.
After studying Business Management at the UNiversoty of Nevad for two years Flo Rida signed with independent label Poe Boy Entertainment in 2006, and began affiliating with other artists, such as Rick Ross, Trina, T-Pain, and Trick Daddy.
Flo Rida's first single 'Low', taken from his debut album 'Mail On Sunday' topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 2007.
