justin is forced to face the cold hard reality that no-one is to blame for nicola’s death and find a cathartic way to say goodbye when nicola’s funeral is hi-jacked by her family and does nothing but confuse and alienate...

...kids an angry justin throws himself into preparations for the school disco unable to stop looking for someone to blame he tracks down the driver of the car that hit nicola confronting the driver at work leading to a scuffle and justin’s near arrest when the house husbands come to rescue justin mark reveals incidents from the night of nicola’s death that lead to a furious justin ordering mark out of his house ultimately when zac reveals that he too feels guilty for his mum’s death because he didn’t eat her school lunch sandwiches justin realises laying blame is not helping his kids he needs to let go of what happened and part of that involves finding a way to say goodbye to nicola in a cathartic way for the kids and their community the accident gives abi an epiphany – she no longer wants to be a working mum unfortunately abi makes this announcement right as mark abuses his boss and jeopardises his job meanwhile upon learning finn’s been sending lucy amorous letters kane and tom try to tutor finn in modern romance
