...rebecca arrives with their son and feeling out of place at home rings qaseem for news of bashira james convinces her that he and rebecca are no longer together and he and molly celebrate with a meal before having sex soon afterwards molly receives a medal for bravery but smurf suffers a delayed reaction to his wound and dies of a haemorrhage molly returns to afghanistan to train local medics and gets to see bashira but returns to james after three months
