Big Sean (real name: Sean Michael Anderson) is a rapper from Detroit, Michigan.
As a teenager Big Sean regularly performed in rap battle contests hosted by Detroit hip hop radio station WHTD 102.7FM. In 2005 Big Sean got the opportunity to perform for Kanye West who was being interviewed on the station. Two years later Big Sean was signed to West's G.O.O.D. record label.
In 2007, Big Sean released his first official mixtape entitled 'Finally Famous'. A second mixtape followed in 2009, hosted by Mick Boogie it was titled 'UKNOWBIGSEAN'. Among 31 tracks, it featured Sean's signature song 'Get'cha Some', 'Million Dollars' and 'Supa Dupa'.
